This months mix is a mixed bag of soul, funk, garage rock, electronica and disco. We start off with a classic from Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes. This is because the lead singer (no not Harold Melvin as you might think) Teddy Pendergrass died earlier this month.



We also feature a track off the superb new Lindstrøm & Christabelle album Real Life Is No Cool. This album is well worth getting your hands on!



Our guest mix this month is from Dublin's Pete Dancer. Pete's currently loving the sort of tunes out on Eskimo and Permanent Vacation. His favourite DJ's at the moment are Prins Thomas and Lindstrøm. Pete's mix is a top blend of deep house and disco. We're sure you'll love it as much as us.

This is a mix focused around Detroit. Detroit has produced some of the best electronic music of the last 20 odd years and continues to do so. All of the tracks in this mix are by Detroit artists and most of them are on Detroit Labels. This is a selection of tracks, and by no means a 'best of'. It's just a mix that tries to capture the sound that comes from the Motor City.
